    Q. I just bought a lace front wig and the glue is way to sticky?
what can i do with the glue, its sticky, and when i put it on it just streches real long out from the wood thing that i apply it with, and it won't spred out, it just sticks and i get it everywhere. what can i do? there are no salons around here that deals with extensions, or wigs,so i gotta do it myself. plaese let me know ehat im doing wrong, the glue is on a little bottel and its clear, please give me alternatives for applying it, or how i can use the glue. thank you please excuse my english, i am not a natvie english speaker.

you can go to youtube and there a few videos that shows you how to apply lacefronts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQ6Z6JtQL-8 I think this is the one that will tell you how to get excess glue off.

    Q. Help. yarn wig for a puppet?
i've been working on these paper mache heads for hand puppets and for various reasons we've decided to give them yarn hair. i can't get the hair to stick with elmer's glue or wallpaper paste, the library discarded the books with tutorials in them (except for one at the library down the road which the librarian has out and hasn't returned) and i can't find any tutorials on the internet. what am i doing wrong?

I would try a couple of things to see which works best: Thread the yarn into a piece of loose weave fabric cut to fit the puppets head. Then glue the fabric to the paper mache. A burlap material is good for this, it is easier to get the yarn to look uniform. I have done that for halloween costumes. the other way is to use hot glue (or the cooler temp 'hot'glue gun) to secure the yarn on the head. I find it easier to put the yarn on the fabric, because you can un-do it a little easier.

    Q. Yappers: what would you do if this happens to you?
while in the salon, your hair stylist is giving you a new hair style cut. both of you are facing the tv watching the wowee show when both of you started laughing then your hair stylist accidentally cut a huge chunk of your hair off on the top of your head. now you have a big bald spot. your hair stylist has given you the following suggestions: a. give you a free wig b. just shave off your hair c. use a scotch tape then, top it off d. use a heavy glue stick as matting on your bald spot e. or you just act normal as if your hair is already missing before the hair cutting begun. thank you all for your thoughts.

    G. I'm gonna tell his/her boss if he/she won't agree that we'll be changing shoes and we'll gonna role play. This time, I'm gonna be the hairstylist. And we won't be needing any TV.
