The ones that work the best go up to the dogs elbow and tie over it. That way its impossible for them to come off. I also found some neat shoes at the dollar store believe it or not, and they have stretchy Velcro, but in the end they come off. Like I said the only real solution is ones that tie above the dog`s elbow.

so i bought two wigs the other day from www.modelmodelhair.com but went to the store, i didn't get them of the website...anywho!! i put the wig cap on before i put the wig on of course. only one of my wigs have a clip thing in the front to put in my hair and then both the wigs have the little straps in the back. anyways i don't want them to slide of and they tend to do that from time to time. does anyone have any good advice? thanks it means alot.

It would be better if you had them fitted to your head size. You should be able to check around with local beauty shops or schools to see what they would charge. But, barring that, make certain that your hair is tight and secure under the wig cap. You can discreetly use bobby pins to secure the wig.

yes your lace wig will stay on. i was at king island last week and i also wear a lace, i went on all da crazy extra fast rides and my lace wig stayed secured. just make sure that the hair his glued securely all around the perimeter of you head and you should be good to go.

people would be encouraged to dress up for the day. men would wear blue shirts with brown slacks. go to work and do nothing. revisit their youth with stories to friends and co workers. women would wear spandex pants and leopard tops, red wigs, stay home and do nothing or go out, shop and eat while making nothing for their children. maybe meet at a local dive with other fans of the show and enjoy a $2.99 "all you can hold down" special.

I either come in early to catch up or stay late (which is not my first choice). However, I also would not save it for one weekend in the month to complete it. What if something is needed before then? Then your colleague has no one to blame but herself if she looses her job. I would make sure that come Friday, everything is taken care of and I don't have to think of work on my weekends. Once you leave the office, you should not even think of taking it home with you. Otherwise, you have no recuperation period. Also, there is nothing more un-inspiring than starting a Monday with mounds of work just waiting for you. In my experience, there are too many people out there willing to take your place if you fail. And with less of a salary - companies do know this.

However, hard bond are like super glue and won't budge if you want to sleep in your lace wig, no worries for days. Adhesives to me is the hardest choice because some times you have to buy a few before you get the hold you like the best and fits your life style.

I think you can buy temporary hair color at Great Clips, if you live near one. It's not a spray, it comes in a packet. You might look with the regular hair color at Wal-Mart or wherever and get the kind that says "temporary" on the box.

ok i bought a lace wig that was 409 dollars all together! omg i hate that thing for all the ppl who r thinking about geting one dont because its not worth it. it doesnt look real at all because it has little holes where the hair comes out and when people come up close they cann automaticly tell. an then the stupid thing doesnt stay on for morre than a day. trust me its not worth it. but my quest is is there a website that can buy my used lacewig for a good amount of money?

I agree with the person that said ebay (or a similar auction site). Just remember to not ask for the actual amount you paid for it because that would never sell. Most people do not prefer used lace wigs, however there are also a nice amount of people who want to save money during this time. A nice used lace wig can maybe go for as much as $220 on ebay. Expect to sell it for 50% or less of its original price. Make sure to mention how long you have had it in the ad and also the hair texture, quality, ect. Remember, the object is to sell the unit so no need to tell them that you HATE it. Just simply state the wig was just not for you. Something you hate, may just be something that someone else LOVES...just like people:) Also, dont give up! It may just have been the lace wig you bought. Try a different vendor and ask many questions before your purchase to insure that you get the one that looks most realistic. All lace wigs are NOT the same despite what a lot of people think. Based on the experience of the person you are buying from and the hair that is used, you can get a wig that absolutely looks natural! Best of Luck!

all day today, being in the spirit of halloween, i wore a wig to go with my costume. after wearing it for 11 hours, i finally took it off and my hair, well it's just a mess. i ran it under some water to flatten it, no luck. i tried to spike it all, then flatten it, but some wouldn't stay up, and some wouldn't go down, basically my hair's a mess and i wanna know how i can flatten it. any tips?

Hmm Well get in the shower and wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner, then dry your hair using a blodryer and a round brush. Be sure to scrub every inch of your hair with the shampoo. Oh, and if you have access to a flat iron- use that if you don't wanna wash your hair. That should work :)

it's halloween, many people have wigs and sometimes it's hard to fit all your hair in so it's not seen, well i came up with a weird but easy way to keep your hair neat. make three pony tails: one in the back, on the left side, and on the right side. then take three clips and clip your hair up on top of your head. use lots of hairspray, to make sure that your hair stays. after wards (this is the weird part) you can take some saran wrap and wrap your hair with it. this way it keeps your hair inside the wig and it isn't as itchy. i did it this morning and it worked all day, until right now when i got out of school. i do however have to warn you, it only works about 6-8 hours. after that time period you should redo the saran wrap and re-clip your hair. thanks for reading, i hope i helped. also, the real question for this is what do you do to keep your hair in a wig?

I put my hair in a hair net. It helps make sure that all the hair is covered as well as leaving the wig looking more natural. I also spend more money on my wigs. That is why I don't have much trouble with mine. I am a professional clown so I have learned that at times there is an art to wearing a wig. Then again, I have learned that I prefer crazy hats over wigs. Wigs are hot and too itchy for my taste. I have gotton to where I wear wigs only while I'm in white face which I don't do often as the make up is tooo time consuming.
