Can I hook the power from a bank of solar panels directly into my house power to lower my electricity bill

I have bought a whole bunch of solar panels and have wired them together to make about 400 watts of power. Now I need to figure out how to get power into my house circuits. Do I need a permit or something? Will I invalidate my insurance?

Q. Can a fan produce electricity?

Yes, it can. It simply works as a generator. Place the wires onto a meter, rathe than in a plug. Then turn the fan, either by hand or with another fan. That way the movement will create electricity rather than the electricity creating movement. It`s just a simple wind turbine.
